Finally some nice weather - it was actually hot on Sunday!! We spent some quality time with Dillon - I brought him to Gardner on Tues for Mallorys 21st (eek!!) birthday supper and we stopped and saw Great Great Grandma Elliott. Bad timing though as she was getting beautiful in the hairdressers chair!! Only a short visit, but at least she got to see him and we got one smile out of him!! He was a great baby at the restaurant until it was bedtime and then it was "just lay me down please"!! I took him to the car and everything was fine!! It was fun to have everyone together for supper and we went to the HoDo for a martini or two afterwards! Cute pic of the girls isn't it?? Friday, Billie came down early and we went to visit the "new" cabin! It is so great to have it done and the bathroom looks GREAT! She was putting together a storage unit and had just started on it - Greg waited as long as he could watching her read the instructions - and then just jumped right in and helped! He ONLY reads instructions for those kinds of things as a last resort!! We had a great supper there on Sat nite - now it feels like the summer has begun!
On Sat as Dad was gone on a fishing weekend (just in DL) with the boys, Meagan and Dillon walked to our place to meet Shelley who was there for her first meeting with Dillon! She was pretty sure he was the cutest baby ever! We all know he is of course!! He really checked her out!! Two of those pics shows him holding his own bottle - he is getting so big and way to fast!! He is a great baby - so easy to take care of!!
We later went to the house that Mike and Jenn and some friends are renting on Maud. It is really nice and a great view of the lake from the upper deck - which was where we sat and toughed out the wind! It was a weird weather day - kinda nice - but not really because of the wind. Later in the afternoon it straightened out a bit. Briggs came for an overnite too!
Home for a few days this week - an all important nail appt - and to visit Grandma again. She is doing ok, but please pray for her. She is getting very tired. Love to all, Becky
