As you can see, we had another great weekend with the cutest baby in the world - I came to the lake on Thursday and got to see him in action at swimming lessons! Mr. Serious seems to love the water and time with Mom and Dad, but you couldn't tell by the look on his face because it never changes! He seems to be taking it all in and thinking about everything, but to get him to crack a smile is impossible! I think its great that he is getting used to it - and he is the cutest one in the pool with his Michelin Man arms and legs and the cute swim trunks! Don't you just want to squeeze him??? On Friday while Mom worked at home studying, Dillon came and spent the afternoon playing with me - he is such a great baby to take care of. I pulled out the entertainment, and he loved it. Trying to bat at the moving objects, and concentrating on the songs. He didn't even mind when Grandma sang along! Talking and cooing all day long, but he is best at that when one on one - and he loves to stretch out on the floor and chill. Sometimes he squirms and just wants to be laid down - enough of the holding me already!!! Love, Love, Love him!!!
On Saturday, Jenn, Mike, and Jack and Great Grandma and Grandpa Radebaugh came to visit, and got to witness the star of the show in person. Like I said before, he is more smiley one on one, so you really have to work to get him to smile sometimes, but he is such a thinker that seeing a new face it seems like he spends most of the time deciding if he has seen this person before! Jenn brought him a small blankee with his name stitched on it and she hoping it will be the one he gets attached to! It was super cute! For supper we went to the favorite Zorbas with Jenn, Mike and Jack. Jack is addicted to the games there and loves trying his hand at beating the odds! He is a great kid and I love spending time getting to know him!
Summer is on the way - the lakes area is getting busier and busier all the time, and I can't wait till everyone is back again. The cabin is getting a new bathroom, so that will be a fun project to watch happen, and I am helping Aunt Jo rent her cabin for the summer. There will be a little work to get that ready and we will start advertising this week, if Mike and Lavaun don't take it. Any takers out there??
